We try to rescue house rabbits left in the wild to fend for themselves in Alberta’s harsh winter climate (-40C) and summer heat (+25C to 30C). Rabbits suffer lack of water ( July, Aug. Oct., Nov. March ) and scarce food (Nov.,Dec.Jan.Feb.Mar.Apr.) because of thoughless people. These are bred as domestic house rabbits, and do not grow the dense fur of wild rabbits whom have had thousands of years to adapt.

In addition, outdoor rabbits are often abused by idiots. click here for the horror story(s).
